Baptism Request
Through Baptism, we welcome new members of our Faith. Find information about infant baptisms here, or visit our RCIA page for information on baptism for adults.
We recommend contacting the parish office atleast 2 months in advance, to ensure you are able to get everything in order for your baby's baptism.
If you have not attended a baptism class in the last 5 years, you will need to attend one.
Filling out the form does not guarantee baptism.
Please call the parish office to confirm.
Infant Baptism
Baptisms for those under age 7 fall into the category of "Infant Baptism."
It is recommended that both parents attend before the birth of your child so that there will be no delay in setting a date for the baptism once the baby is born.
Godparents, too, are welcome but not required to attend the classes.
At least one parent and one Godparent must be practicing Catholics and at least one parent must be registered in the Parish.
Baptism is the first of the seven sacraments. It brings a person into the family of God, fills them with the Holy Spirit, and washes away any sins. We baptize following the command of Christ:
Go, make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit...
